Speed, schema, hosting, Google Business Profile and the treatment pages that have to convert.

FAQ schema will not save a thin page. Used on real questions (fees, parking, NHS status, what an assessment includes), it helps Google and the patient see the same answers.

A dental website is not a leaflet printer. It collects health-adjacent data, talks to a PMS, and sits on a server someone has to be able to name.

A ranking page explains who is good. A landing page has one job: get the right person to book the right assessment. Most dental treatment URLs try to do both and do neither.

Maps is where many patients decide. If the profile and the website disagree about hours, fees or whether you are taking patients, the better-looking site still loses.

LCP, INP and CLS are not a trophy in Search Console. On a dental treatment page they are the difference between a booked consult and a bounce in the car park.
